I worked in a rough part of town which always provided lots of drug related calls, violence, and just plain WTF. It was a rare occurrence when someone OD'd at a party that people would acknowledge they knew the person.

You always keep learning, sharing, and teaching. Once you stop you stagnate and it is time to find a new career.
