Of the to many of these calls I ran over decades, if they find them they go to prison. They deserve far worse and fortunately for them they are never present when we arrive, with one exception. We were never a standby and watch crew.
I cannot imagine that encounter. Yes, they deserve to be locked away forever, and not in a cushy place.
